At Present, we are led by people who truly understand social care. Our CEO, Rory McDonnell, is a nurse with a background in palliative care and service improvement, bringing first-hand experience of the challenges faced by carers and providers.
Alongside Rory, we’ve built a dedicated management team who share his passion for improving care standards, supporting carers, and creating a fairer system for all. With a deep understanding of the sector, we are committed to redefining what a staffing agency should be – one that prioritises people over profit and helps shape the future of social care across the UK.
